This week, I am also continuing my restaurant nutrition series. The last two posts were fast food nutrition. This post will be popular chain “sit-down” restaurants. These restaurants are usually easier to find healthy choices because of the wide variety in the menu. Most of the time menu’s will cater to healthy options and vegan options.
