For the next few posts, I will talk about RESTAURANT NUTRITION. Eating out is a very common thing for most families. When you are trying to eat healthy, don’t skip out on a dinner out with your friends. Most restaurants do have health friendly options.

This post I will be addressing  fast food nutrition. Those are typically three words you never hear together. When you think of fast food, you think, greasy, fatty, processed. Yes, some meals from common fast food chains do fall into that category, it is possible to get a healthier meal from all fast food restaurants.
