As everyone knows, water is essential. Sometimes water can get boring and tasteless and can lead us to other drinks, like soft drinks, lemonade, or sweet tea. So, what are you supposed to do when you your used to drinking sugar filled drinks? This is where infused water comes in. Infused water, also called detox water, is water that is infused with fruits, vegetables and herbs. Infused water has a great taste that has no artificial sugars or excess calories. With the fruits or vegetables added, you are also gaining a great amount of vitamins. This water is called “detox water” because this water will rid toxins from your body.

The health benefits of infused water include:

Making fruit-infused water is simple, all you need is water and your fruits or vegetables.
