Potatoes
Potatoes, you can find them in almost any restaurant in almost ANY form. In my opinion, potatoes are the most versatile food there is. You can make French Fries, Casserole, Hash brown, Mashed Potatoes or just a plain ole Potato.
According to Medical News Today, “They are now the biggest vegetable crop in the United States (U.S.), where the average person eats 55 pounds, or 35 kilograms (kg) of potatoes every year. They are an important staple food in many countries around the world.”
Not only can you make literally anything out of a potato, potatoes also have a great nutritional value to our bodies.

Potatoes are said to
- Help lower blood pressure
- Help digestion
- Increase athletic performance
- Help keep skin smooth
